Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with proof of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page.
